The process.

  1. The first step is to get to know you. I want to learn more about your goals, your existing marketing efforts, your target audience, brands that inspire you, and more. I’ve been working remotely for several years now, and facilitate the majority of my client communication through the use of tools like Zoom, Google Workspace, and Slack.

  2. The second step is discovery. Given what you’ve told me, how does your existing strategy help you reach your goals? What can we do better? What are your competitors doing?

  3. The third step is to develop a plan and collaborate. With plenty of data, research, case studies, best practices, gut feelings, and experience. I’ll help you create a content plan that builds your digital presence, and grows your pipeline of qualified marketing leads.

  4. The fourth step is execution. Equipped with a plan in hand, the next step is to put it into action. For example, creating pillar pages to keep our blog posts organized and optimized, reworking our messaging to align with our buyer’s personas, creating strategic pieces of content to improve user-experience and benefit sales, and nurturing leads for improved conversion rates.

  5. The fifth step is monitoring and improving. Our work is never done. Next, we obsessively observe, track and tweak our strategy, voice, tone and messaging as we learn more about our audience, so we can continue to create reliable, useful, and actionable content that benefits everyone (well, you and your target audience, anyway).
